PIDE WITH SUCUK (GARLIC SALAMI)

With a bouquet of aromatic spices, an appetizing scent, made with deliciously sliced sucuk of certified helal quality and tasty Kashar cheese, you can enjoy our pide with your guests and a lot of culinary delights.

Ingredients

Handmade from yeast dough with a piquant filling of sucuk, cheese and tomato sauce. Pre-baked and deep-frozen.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour (37%), water, tomatoes (13%), Sucuk (10%) [Ingredients based on 100 g of finished product: beef (% 95), food salt, spice mixture, dextrose, antioxidant: E316, preservative: E250, dye: E162 ] Edam cheese (10%), palm fat, rapeseed oil, salt, sugar, yeast, baking soda Sodium carbonate, moisturizing agent: glycerol, thickener: guar gum, emulsifier: mono. And diglycerides of edible fatty acids (vegetable), acid regulator: calcium carbonate.

Preparation:
Furnace: Preheat to 200 ° C, then slide the pide into the oven. After about 10-12 minutes the pide is finished.
Microwave: At 600 Watts, in frozen condition, warm up for approx. 3 minutes, warm up in a thawed state for approx. 1 minute.
